The Sun reports that 23-year-old star Chanelle Hayes explained she is much happier now she has undergone a breast enlargement and had liposuction on her thighs and arms.
The single mum revealed the results of her surgery to Closer magazine, explaining she managed to drop from a size 12-14 to 8-10 in the months after her baby boy Blakely was born.
