Look at the left side of the screen. God was looking after the man who fell on the tracks.. That off-duty cop is a hero.
CBS News reports Caught on Tape: Police in Madrid, Spain, release CCTV footage showing an off duty policeman rescuing a Spanish man who fell onto the tracks at a metro station.
