During the 2008 campaign, Barack Obama got into a little hot water for lifting lines from someone else’s speech. But, Obama-mania was so strong it really didn’t matter.

But, I think Obama stole more than that. Take a look at this scene from 1992 Eddie Murphy comedy, The Distinguished Gentleman, about a con man who decides to run his biggest con by running for congress after a Florida pol by the same name dies before the election.
